Valleyview︎︎︎ Scrubbing the 1990’s off of a truly historic monument of regal female-led architecture from 1926.
Like a lot of things in the 1990’s, Valleyview had gone under the knife in some ill-conceived ways and had been left in that state ever since. With the large footprint to cover and needing to address virtually every surface throughout her many rooms, we didn’t touch anything structurally but focused on intentionally refreshing her surfaces and fixtures throughout. Playfully incorporating modern splashes of color all while attempting to honor her era and intact originality.
