Highland Med︎︎︎ Dusting the 1970’s off this beautiful 1928 Mediterranean‘s bones.
What looks like a deceptively simple refresh was actually a major clean up after this young couple purchased this stately Highland Park Med FSBO after 50+ years of ownership. Layers upon layers of peeling wallpaper, carpet from the 1960s, textured plaster that was caked with dust - and surprises all along the way. It was a trust fall in every sense for these clients, who were coming from condo living, but they took on this immense challenge with grace and a sense of humor and we conjured her to come back to life in 21st century style.
