1. 1997 N. Loop, Mpls : Lofted ½ story room reimagining into a chic yet comfortable creative space
   
2. 1932 Prospect Park, Mpls : Library and sunroom remodel including custom  bookcase design and fabrication for library and layout consideration and overall design to redevelopment sunroom space
3. Northeast, Mpls : Full-suite of custom designed and fabricated furniture for a contemporary salon space including : bench, on-wall cabinet, credenza, and product display
4. 1915 Kingfield, Mpls : Full kitchen remodel including reworked cabinet layout
5. 1938 Prospect Park, Mpls : Close & Associates home restoration of family room to be one with the rest of the home
6. 1953 Stockman Park, Golden Valley : Top-to-bottom redesign of surface finishes including custom ironwork and glasswork
7. 1923 Lynnhurst, Mpls : Main bathroom remodel including full gut and floor to ceiling custom tile design

1. 1924 Bryn Mawr, Mpls : Complete kitchen remodel including gut down to studs, removing wall to expand kitchen and reimagine complete cabinet layout
2. 1956 Armatage, Mpls : Complete kitchen gut remodel with full cabinet layout and design in keeping with home’s original MCM pov
3. 1923 Crocus Hill, Stp : Third-story bathroom remodel including complete tile design and specification, addition of a soaker tub
4. 1925 Cleveland, Mpls : Complete kitchen remodel including total layout revision and cabinetry design
   
5. 1932 Regina, Mpls : Lower level bathroom addition in architectural style consistent with ground level
6. 1985 Mendota Heights : Mudroom remodel including custom birch backsplash and finish carpentry
7. 1925 Standish, Mpls : Custom furniture and cabinetry design for addition of front entryway mudroom built-in piece
