1916 Seward, Mpls ︎︎︎ Brought back the charm (and a little jazz) to this craftsman duplex stunner.
Franklin Terrace, lovingly coined, Franky T, was in a bit of a state when we came in to repair her. Many years of roof leaks, deferred maintenace and aging ownership led to a massive amount of restoration required to make it habitable. Keeping budget in mind (and at bay) was extremely important so we took a creative yet conservative approach to the design in order to keep costs at a minimum. We kept with the era of the build with the exception of the kitchen where we decided to jolt her awake with some post-modernism. Playfully stiching the old with the new : the result speaks for itself.
